My granite post mailbox was hit by an Amazon driver completely broke it in three places. I found Tom’s company online. He called me right away. Sent me a fair quote to give to Amazon and was out the next day to install it. Tom was personable, professional, and did great job in short time right before the holiday weekend! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.  From the time I Time picked up the phone to Ryan completing the job, everything was seamless and fantastic.  I wish more jobs were like this one. A car hit and broke my granite post and damaged the attached mailbox.  Tom was very quick with a quote to replace everything and answered all of my questions.  The new post and mailbox look better than our old setup and the job was done in a fast timeframe for a competitive price. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Tom at Mass Mailbox. I called one afternoon looking for a new mailbox, and Tom was able to get me exactly what I wanted and have it delivered the very next day. Since my father was going to install the mailbox, Tom didn't charge us an installation fee. Even so, he went above and beyond by delivering it, setting everything up perfectly and lining it up so the installation would be as easy as possible for us. What really stood out was his customer service. After delivery, I texted him about some screws we needed. When I asked if I could pick them up, he insisted on dropping them off himself. Then he followed up to let me know he had actually installed the screws right in the mailbox for us. Tom is incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his customers. The turnaround time was extremely fast, his pricing was very fair compared to other companies I looked at, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I cannot express how impressed I was with the entire installation of my new mailbox and post!! Tom was very responsive, professional and did an amazing job. Other mailbox installers that I dealt with not only did not show up for their scheduled job but impossible to have any communication. Tom was the exact opposite. Highly recommend Mass mailbox!!!!
